The Goodyear Blimp visited campus on Homecoming Weekend during the 2019-20 academic year to honor London Fletcher, JCU class of 1998, as he became the first JCU alum to be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

The first snowfall of winter (or rather, of fall) came overnight on Halloween last year. On the morning of Nov. 1, students woke up to a very light covering of snow across campus.

On Nov. 10, 2019, the Cleveland Browns hosted the Buffalo Bills. A favorite pastime of many John Carroll students, the game featured a stadium filled with fans from campus as the Browns clinched a victory.
