Meet Carson Shipley, our Business Manager. He is a double major in marketing and supply chain management. Aside from The Carroll News, Carson is a two sport student athlete where he is on the Cross Country and the Track and fields teams here at Carroll. He is also the secretary of the American Marketing Association chapter that is here on campus. This past summer, Carson had an internship with Federated Hermes, Inc., a leading investment management company which is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. At Federated, he was a sales intern where he was able to learn and develop his sales and marketing skills. Carson also attended the CMBAM Conference in Minneapolis, MN, where he met with business managers around the country to talk about the marketing and sales tactics that are used in their school newspaper.
