Autumn Is Here!

Autumn is officially here! This season brings Halloween, Thanksgiving, and other festivities. Pumpkin picking, apple picking, and hiking with the falling leaves are great ways to get out of the house and enjoy the weather for the next few weeks! As always, send your favorite photos (fall-themed or otherwise) to Aiden Keenan at [email protected]!

Tim’s Pumpkin Patch — a farm south of Syracuse, NY — has opened for the season, COVID-19 precautions in place.

Rows upon rows of pumpkins greet visitors as they come in. A cider barn and animal pens lie beyond the pictured rows of pumpkins.

Rows of wheelbarrows lean against the fence for visitors to use to carry their pumpkins. Visitors can choose to pick a pumpkin from the pre-picked rows or trek past the corn maze to pick their own.

Varieties of pumpkins sit on a pallet on a beautiful fall day. As Halloween season approaches, it is time to visit your local farm to grab a pumpkin and pick some apples.

Piles of small pumpkins fill the back of a truck. Visitors can opt for several smaller pumpkins instead of larger ones if they so desire.

Like most small businesses, Tim’s has been impacted by the pandemic this season. Be sure to support local businesses and take some time to safely visit your local pumpkin or apple farm to get yourself some lovely autumnal decorations.
