Asian Lantern Festival at the zoo

The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo has hosted the Asian Lantern Festival over the last several weeks. The zoo’s website reports, “Thousands of lanterns are placed across several destinations of the Zoo.” An annual event, thousands of visitors walk through to appreciate the lights, family-friendly shows and see a few animals. 70 full-size displays were new for this year’s festival. Though this year’s festival is over, JCU students will have the opportunity to attend next year when it returns.
